-Describe how you plan to go about your research.

-List and define the five sociological concepts you will use to understand your topic from a sociological perspective.

Example:

Power is the ability to exercise one’s will over others (Weber 1922).

-Identify the sociological theory you will apply to your topic and explain in 3-5 sentences how you will apply it.

Example:

I will be using the symbolic interaction theory to understand technology. The media create and spread symbols that become the basis for our shared understanding of society.

-Identify the three sources including your text that you will use to complete your project. The sources should be formatted using APA guidelines. Help with citations and reference formatting- https://owl.purdue.edu
