Integrating Self-Managing Teams and HR Processes

Assume the position as the HR Director for a US MNE that has locations in several regions and/or countries
throughout the world.You will develop strategy for integrating self-managing teams (SMTs) with HR
processes as part of a greater strategic international human resource management initiative. While these may
seem like separate entities, they really are very connected because processes drive teams and teams drive
processes. Be sure to indicate how each of these processes (SMTs and HR processes) bolster the overall
effort, and how they can work and contribute together.
Please be very concise when addressing points, no redundant work or language. Please use master’s level
language. Cite a minimum of 4 scholarly sources to support your positions, claims, and observations (Please
use at least one of the provided sources). The paper should also have relevant subheadings for each topic
discussed. Each paragraph should be 4-6 sentences long and supported by 1-2 in-text citations in each
paragraph.
