The paper needs to be in APA format, must be three pages long and no more than five. Must have a proper title page and reference/sources page in APA format. Must have a minimum of tyhree scholarly reference is required. Cant use goggle or wikipedia will not be accepted as a reefence/ mus be scholarly articals or books.
The paper should identify the following
– current challenges/ issues in the topic
– solutions/proposals to address issues
– efferts on candidate pool or employment process (positive and negative)
– paper should identify at least three key points related to the em ployement related to the employment process
