Students will develop a personal leadership plan. Topics to be addressed include an explanation of the personal experiences that shaped the theory of teaching and learning to which the student subscribes; the plan, as a principal to address a specific barrier to school success; the plan to monitor the effectiveness of the school program addressing said barrier; and the plan to create an environment that supports fairness and fosters development of self-efficacy among faculty including opportunities for teacher leadership (9 – 12 typed double-spaced pages – student choice: narrative or expanded outline).
