Original Assignment Instructions:
Overall, the team needs to create a case study of the organization. This is a group research aspect. You will need to research the organization’s management theory or philosophy. You will need to cite a case or example as it applies to your organization’s management theory. It should discuss how employees or management utilize its theory of practice to conduct business in relation to an IT/IS the adventure.
(Example only to help you understand the instructions) As an example, you may choose to study Kazuo Inamori’s first company Kyocera. Understanding the company’s core values and management philosophy is key to the success of the paper. Kyocera, as an example, is a leader in management philosophy. All employees follow a strict 12-stage philosophy and guide to Kyocera success and life. Hence, you will want to build a case study of this theory to explain the management principles and meanings. This builds the case study along with an example of its structure in action.
Additionally, teams should incorporate a real statement from an organization’s project manager. This is a method to increase true scholarship by adding knowledge to the body of literature. Secondly, it is a method to meet the organization’s professionals you’re interested in. You can utilize a conference talk as well if you’re in attendance.
The paper should not exceed six pages with references. Please use APA style for all citations. You must use in-text citations anywhere they are needed. Sources should all be peer-reviewed, academic journals that are no older than 5 years old. No website or blogs will be allowed. Please, make sure that all in-text citations are listed in the reference section. All papers must have a cover letter addressing team members’ names in alphabetical order.
