This assignment culminates this class through reading, discussions, and projects. Plan for Culturally Responsive-Sustaining (CR-S) education applying the
four pillars of the CR-S education framework to ensure quality and equity for all students regardless of their backgrounds. They are 1) creating a welcoming
and affirming environment, 2) identifying inclusive curriculum and assessment, 3) fostering higher expectations and rigorous instruction, 4) engaging in
ongoing professional learning and support.
