Reducing College Professor’s Sedentarism

This is an ongoing assignment regarding a potential health promotion program at my local university (Kentucky Wesleyan College) to improve the professor’s
daily activity. Components will include gym memberships to all employees, activity trackers and incentives given when certain activity levels are reached,
partnership with current insurance provider (Anthem Health), and/or fitness classes offered on-campus during lunch hours by current Exercise Science
students. The textbook used for this class is McKenzie J., F., Neiger, B.L., and Thackeray, R. (2017). Planning, Implementing and Evaluating Health Promotion
Programs: A Primer 7 edition. Pearson Ed. You must use this textbook as one of the sources.
For this particular assignment, based on your proposed project, create a 3 by X measurement table that includes the 1) updated objectives, 2) measurement
(do not overcomplicate), and instruments (be specific and include validity and reliability from other studies). Each row should address each objective (3-5
objectives it normal). Please also include a brief descriiption of your sampling and design.
Use the create table feature in Microsoft Word to create the measurement. Refer to Chapter 5 when completing this assignment
