For this written assignment, you will be reviewing two videos related to an evaluation of an electronic monitoring (ELMO) program.

Chapter 11 in the textbook describes two studies on the evaluation of ELMO programs (pages 293-296). After reviewing the two videos, summarize your findings from each of the programs. If you are an officer in charge of evaluating the ELMO program for the county court, how would you design and implement the evaluation in terms of program goals, sample selection, randomization, treatment integrity, and outcome measures? Explain your design along with these five stages.
