Select the Best Data to Tell the Story You have been asked by Mr. Jurgen Klopp, Director of Plant Operations to review the performance of two of Liverpool Internationals’ solar plants. He has provided you with a data set and wishes to better understand how they are each performing, along with trends and any possible issues. The purpose of this activity is for you to determine the most relevant relationships based on the data set provided. The data set contains information collected on two solar plants over a 34-day period. ​‌‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‌‍‌‍‍‌‌‌‍‍‍‍​It has two pairs of files – each pair has one power generation dataset and one sensor readings dataset. The power generation datasets are gathered at the inverter level – each inverter has multiple lines of solar panels attached to it. The sensor data is gathered at a plant level – single array of sensors optimally placed at the plant. The goal of this activity is to determine important relationships between the power generation data and sensor data to better understand how they are operating. This will help provide insight as to their production levels as well as any potential or necessary maintenance that is required.
