1. your opening paragraph is good, but you have 2 research statements. twice you say… “This study examines…” Both statements say basically the same thing, but it will confuse the reader. Are you measuring the link between digital transformation and e-government OR are you measuring the link between digital transformation/ e-gov and their effects on governance? It is unclear in this paragraph

2. The paper summary is well written, It just needs some clarification and deeper research.
