Identify ONE “community health concern priority/issue” from the article you chose e.g., (food insecurity, homelessness, opioid overdose, teenage pregnancy, inequitable treatment in the health care system, etc.)

Identify the priority population that the article describes (those living in poverty, racialized communities, Indigenous peoples, people managing mental health conditions, etc.)
Next, research the Community health concern/priority issue. Identify one recent community report or database within the last 5 years, and one recent scholarly article from the literature on the topic. Describe the main data/information related to the community health concern. Be mindful of the use of inclusive, non-discriminatory language.
Identify one Community Health Nurse Standard and describe evidence informed community health nursing interventions that could be demonstrated to support the priority population (suggestion, explore the topic in your textbook for interventions).
Identify and describe three support services in community from the article, relevant to the topic of interest. Include the name of the agency, address, hours of operation, and a 2-3 sentence description of the services provided.
