The Mission Statement

This section requires a minimum of two academic paragraphs consisting of at least 5 to 6 academic sentences each. In the first paragraph, research and define a mission statement and support with at least two current scholarly sources.

In the second paragraph, analyze your organization’s present mission statement, and give your point of view what you would add or delete to make it better. Do not just copy and paste the mission, as you need to paraphrase the content of the mission statement and attach the actual mission statement in the appendices (see Appendix A).

School Mission Statement

Through collaboration and continuous learning, George H. Oliver Elementary School will be a place of excellence where all students are engaged in high quality real world learning. A professional and highly motivated staff, in partnership with parents will encourage children to achieve their full potential and become responsible citizens who are lifelong learners.

The Vision Statement

This section requires a minimum of two academic paragraphs consisting of at least 5 to 6 academic sentences each. In the first paragraph, research and define a vision statement and support with at least two current scholarly sources.

School Vision Statement

George H. Oliver Elementary School strives to guarantee each child a superior education through high quality integrated learning experiences.

The Value Statement

This section requires a minimum of two academic paragraphs consisting of at least 5 to 6 academic sentences each. In the first paragraph, research and define a value statement and support with at least two current scholarly sources.

In the second paragraph, analyze your organization’s present value statement, and give your point of view what you would add or delete to make it better. Do not just copy and paste the value statement, as you need to paraphrase the content of the value statement and attach the actual value statement in the appendices (see Appendix C).

The school that I am using does not have a value statement. One can be written and used for this section.
