Professonal letter for employment and medical advice

Professional  recommendation 

This is my my recommendation  for Natossia hernandez after being her job vocational rehabilitation counselor from 2012 to my relocation  and promotion to another division in 2023 .  Natossia has  borderline intellectual functioning.  She has a mild learning disability.  And obsessive-compulsive disorder.   People with this disorder should not be independent.  But Natossia Hernandez is a exception to the rule . She is very dependent and is a hard worker. In the past jobs because management has not adhered to her disability accommodation and disorder . It has cause employment separation.   My recommendations after working with her for many years is .

1. Natossia schedule should be from 5am to 1pm central time or from 6am to 2:30 pm or 6:30 am to 3pm as a work schedule during children school schedule. 

2. During the summer when her kids is out a schedule pass thus times is OK.

3. It is not in the best interest that Natossia be put with a male Manger at any type of employment.  Male Management do not adhere to her disability and do not understand  the way she function. And is usually very critical and very cruel and has cause separation of employment due to their lack to understand her disability

4. Natossia best function in a environment were She is not sharing space a work from home job is the best because of her ocpd . Because no touches her stuff and it is her space.

5. In order for Natossia Hernandez to function there must be a level of understanding and trust.

6.  In my opinion it is better for a employer to accommodate her disability and not cause unnecessary problems and stress.

7. It is Not in the best interest for Natossia to bounce around from medical doctor to medical doctor or from job Manger to job Manger as it messes with the balance of her disability and could cause a shut down and a interest in taking care of herself and  a lack of interest of working and doing the function of the job .

As her curiosity to Natossia Hernandez I Alison burns her last job counselor and her counselor for over 10 years . This is my recommendation Natossia should not be bounced around and should not be put with a Manger that does not have experience with disabled individuals.  And her everyday school should be as recommendation in order to maintain employment.  If she is with a Manger who is doing well with her ans she responds postive then it is in the best interest for her to be with that individuals.  If she is with a doctor who maintain her health and she trust them . She should maintain that relationship .  This is point blank to the  in order for her to function there has to ve trust and you must have experience with individuals with disabilities.  This how she will maintain employment her disabled is permanent and she is a special person and has degrees in medical administration and health care administration and any company that employes her get a benefit or tax cut she is a rare and is a exception to her to disability diagnosis she functions and is a hard worker and people with her disablity are not full functioning as she is
