The ‘FIVE FAULT LINES’ are:
1.) Race/Ethnicity: Asian, Black, (Latino/Hispanic is not classified as a race, but an ethnicity.) Native American, mixed race and White.
2.) Class: Super Wealthy, Upper Middle Class, Middle class, Lower Middle Class, Poor (Middle Class represents about 75%-80% of US population…upper,
middle, lower. Statistics show middle class is losing ground.)
3.) Gender: Male, Female, Gay/Lesbian (LBGTQA)
4.) Generational: (WW2/Depression-“The Greatest Generation.” Baby Boomers, Gen X, (mid-60s to mid 80s) Millennials, Gen Z.)
5.) Geography: Urban, Suburban, Rural, Regional
